Refunds

Any instruments bought online or remotely by phone or email are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. Any goods can be returned for any reason within fourteen working days for a refund, less carriage costs. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

The buyer can return the item at their own shipping cost for a full refund within this period. This does not apply to items bought and tried out personally in the shop before purchase.

If an item is damaged or lost during delivery a full refund will be provided subject to confirmation.

Goods that have been altered from their original, shop-new condition in any way cannot be returned.

Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.

The customer has a duty to take reasonable care of the products while in their possession and during the cancellation period to maintain them in the condition in which they were supplied by us. If goods are damaged or use of the goods has gone beyond the right to reasonably inspect and assess the goods, we reserve the right to seek recompense.

Refunds may take up to 31 days.

Brand new items are also covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty, normally 12 months from purchase.

Orders

Items for sale on this website may be advertised elsewhere so we reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is no longer for sale. We will refund your online transaction if this is the case.

Shipping

For larger items including all guitars and amplifiers we prefer to discuss shipping method after purchase due to the many options and insurance cover level, to make sure you have the optimum delivery experience for your needs.
